FCC Women’s Ministries desire to increase knowledge of God’s Word, faith in Christ Jesus, fellowship, and service to others within the church and community.
PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES:
-BIBLE STUDIES - Spring and Fall Bible Studies are offered to increase knowledge of God’s Word to encourage spiritual growth and right living. Evening and morning sessions are available.
- Women's Evening Bible Study for the Winter session is every Tuesday at 6:30 pm-8:00 pm, Room 126 at First Christian Church, 115 Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw, IN. If you have any questions or need a workbook, please contact Beth Knight 574-253-1998. You are welcome anytime!
Sisters in Heart (Women's Morning Bible Study) is every Wednesday at 9:30 am - 11:00 am, Room 118 at First Christian Church, 115 Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw, IN. If you have questions or would like a workbook, please contact Susan Brumley 260-901-9279.
-RETREATS - Special one to two day programs are planned each year for intensive individual and group Bible study as well as encouragement to women in the church and community.
-FELLOWSHIP - Activities for fun and fellowship have included game and snack nights, out of town trips, shopping, and attending plays and programs.
-LADIES' LUNCH BUNCH - Meets on the second Thursdays of the month at 12:30 pm at restaurants for lunch & fellowship time. (January 2021 gathering has been CANCELLED). Watch here for further information for 2021. Questions, please contact Sharon Parry 574-267-2215.
-HOPE MINISTRY - This service provides comfort to church members in the hospital and/or a nursing home. Blanket throws, personal items, and devotional materials are included in gift bags taken to them by the Pastors on visitation.
-SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS - Each Sunday at 9:15 am & 11:00 am classes are available that offer learning and application opportunities for all adults.
-Y.E.S. (Year of Extraordinary Serving!) This new for 2021 outreach events for the Women's Ministry is a great opportunity for women to put into action their faith as they are led by the Women's Ministry Team with monthly ideas of acts to serve.
